Can anyone help me with this query? As Aadhar has become mandatory for PF registration, I am facing a problem in generating UAN as most Aadhar cards only have the year instead of the full date of birth. This discrepancy is preventing the UAN from being generated.
If we ask the employee to update their Aadhar and then generate the UAN, it may take a long time to obtain the updated Aadhar details.
