I'm in the process of keeing in the Appraisal scores. I've been asked to normalize the scores. Can anyone help me to do this? I don't have any idea how to proceed with normalizing scores…. It would be really nice if any of you could help me out…

Hi Tushar,
I came across that post earlier but didn't want to refer it coz it was complicated...But, it was indeed very helpful... I have normalized the scores and have managed to get a bell curve too!!!
For those of you who are looking out to normalize the scores n get a bell curve here it goes... I have uploaded the same pdf for your reference.
