Hi Rahul,

Thank you for your response. The knowledge/info that I have of a normalization process is: Once the appraisals are completed and data collated, HR and relevant managers discuss and categorize the ratings to fit them into the bell curve. Correct me if I am wrong. Would be helpful if you could assist me further.
