OK, sir. Employment rules and related judgments are undoubtedly applicable to all workers, including trainees, daily laborers, and temporary employees. Even apprentices should not be deprived of minimum wages. Some exemptions may apply if there are agreed-upon wages, but those figures should not be less than the minimum wage. There are no excuses for not paying the minimum wage.
