My name is Bhumika, and currently, I am doing the summer internship at India's first automobile and motor manufacturing company in PCMC, Pune.
My question to you is: how will the grievance procedure be set for the FTAs, job trainees, and contractors? Since all of them are temporary employees in the company, will the questionnaire change for grievance handling? If yes, please guide me, provide me, or help me generate the questionnaire for grievance handling for FTAs, job trainees, and contractors.
