Please let me know , As per Factory Act,1948 how many time we can extend weekly of once in a month.
If any worker weekly off is define on Sunday & we extend w/o on Wednesday instead of Sunday due to urgency in Plant.
When will next w/o ?? Can we give next w/o on Sunday or Wednesday. Please confirm.
