One of my friend had Joined another company before relieve in the exisitng company about 3 years back. kindly let me know the repurcation and implication of the same.

If your friend had not done the proper clearance, then by now, if the company is following the procedure for the separation of an absconding employee, they must have terminated the employee from their records. Also, if they have completed the procedure, and in the future, whenever a reference check is conducted for the employee, there will be a negative response for him.
