In our company we have started with new practice where certain fund is given to each team on monthly basis as Team Fund, that team can either use it in that particular month or accumulate it for bigger activity in future. They are supposed to use this fund for team building exercises and activities.
To keep a track of this, we have developed a Team Fund Tracker, which i am posting here. I hope this will be also useful to other HR professionals.
