Dear HR Experts and Seniors,

- 2nd day: B Shift
- 3rd day: B Shift

- 7th day: C Shift
This pattern will repeat every week for Employee 1.

Shift Scheduling Suggestions
Per my suggestion, you can schedule one week of morning shifts for Employee A, one week of second shifts for Employee B, and one week of night shifts for Employee C. For rotation, change the employee's shift after their weekly off on a selected day. For example, Employee A's weekly off would be Monday, so fix the sequence for all seven employees. For general shift employees, the weekly off would be Sunday.
Handling Absences and Shift Transitions
Establish a norm that if a reliever does not show up, the current shift's in-charge must work overtime for the next shift. Transitioning from night shift to morning shift is not allowed, so the next shift supervisor will need to cover the previous shift. Communication of such changes should be provided in advance to the supervisor, or the weekly off supervisor will need to cover the shift on behalf of the absent supervisor.
Communicate these rules to all supervisors and ensure they are followed consistently.
Thank you.
