Please guide me on the latest amendment in the Factory Act as I downloaded a file from this site which shows amendments made in 2014. Some of the points mentioned are as follows:

- Canteen
- Creche
- Restroom
- Ambulance
- First aid box
- Latrines
- Leave with wages
- Funeral expenses
Most of these are indicated in the 2014 amendment file. Could you please provide information on the current numbers such as:
- Cooling water for how many, 250 or what?
- Canteen for 250/200
- Creche 30/50
- Restroom 150/75
- Ambulance 500/250
- First aid box 150/75
- Patrons 250
- Leave with wages in a year 240/90
- What is the amount of funeral expenses?
Additionally, how many days of leave are provided under the Maternity Act for before pregnancy, after pregnancy, or in case of miscarriage? Please guide me on these matters.

Be specific about the factory for which the rules are sought. As the license fees are slab-wise, the facilities also vary according to the slab. If the factory is engaged in hazardous activities, a separate appendix needs to be added. Therefore, please state the number of employees and the main activity of the factory.
Regarding funeral expenses, if the member is covered under ESIC, then it is covered by ESIC.
