Hi all,

I am working in a private company. I had an issue with my PF number at the time of joining. After a few months, I checked my PF account and noticed that it is showing a different name. I immediately informed our HR department, and they verified that the same PF number (which was assigned to me) had been allocated to another employee. Subsequently, they created a new PF number in my name and sent a letter to the PF department. However, the balance in the new PF account shows zero, despite having the correct PF number.

I kindly request your suggestions for a solution to this matter.

ask HR to submit form 3A (revised) to EPF office for the Years of dispute for your account number , department may ask some more clarification to adjust the same
