Hi Ams, apart from the funny award function, if you are flexible with other programs, I would suggest conducting a Fishpond hour. Everyone will enjoy it. However, you may frame some rules for it, for example:
1. No one should write their own name on the Fishpond.
2. Fishponds could be positive, funny, or suggestive.
3. Declare that no one should take it to heart. Prepare a Fishpond box and keep it in a central place for people to drop Fishpond chits. Also, read and censor the chits for any extremely annoying fishponds and take them away.
