Request for Assistance in Designing Trainer Assessment Questionnaires
Can anyone help me design a set of questionnaires for assessing the skills of trainers in various departments within the manufacturing sector? I need to prepare a questionnaire set to evaluate the soft skills of trainers, their expertise in their field of work, their ability to be effective trainers, and their competencies.
Previously, we selected trainers based on their experience and knowledge, but now we have decided to conduct exams for them. Therefore, I need to prepare department-specific questionnaires, including an assessment of their soft skills. I have searched extensively but haven't found useful material.

This exercise of assessing trainers, is it for external trainers or internal trainers? Secondly, why do you wish to do that? What deficiency did you find when you were selecting the trainers through the earlier method? Generally, it is the trainers who assess the knowledge of the participants or employees. But you want to assess the trainers. How many managers are capable of "assessing" the knowledge of a trainer? Training is conducted to bring about positive change. Instead of measuring this change, why do you wish to get into the assessment of the trainers? Your post needs clarification. Therefore, please clarify further.
