Dear Sir,

I have a problem. For the past few days, some rejected materials were sent to our customer. That's why I want to give a legal notice to our Plant Head and Production Assistant General Manager.

Kindly provide a letter format for the same.

Thanks,
Pravin

First, conduct an in-house inquiry to find out what happened. Then, out of the findings, you will get a fair idea of whom to issue a legal notice or show cause notice. Samples of show cause notices for these kinds of requirements are available on the site. Use the search button to get samples. However, it is important to be certain who all are at fault before sending legal notices.

Mr. Pravin,

You have not indicated in what capacity you are working. Are you above the AGM and Plant head in the company's setup? I do not know whether you can start with a legal notice straight away. You can conduct an in-house enquiry with the approval of the competent authority first.
