If you were "promoted" to the level of ASM, then you must have seen what ASMs do in your company. Secondly, your superiors or HR in your company are better persons to address your query. We, the members of this forum, are outsiders and know nothing about your industry in general and your company in particular.
In the promotion letter, generally, the Job Description (JD) and Key Result Areas (KRAs) for the new position are also mentioned. Has this not been the case for you?
