I want to organize an activity for my medical representatives. Until now, it has been performance-based incentives, which have included foreign trips or cash rewards, but these have only been for the top performers. I want to introduce an activity that includes everyone.

Fine, there are both monetary and non-monetary tools for motivation. If you wish to include all the employees, you can go for a suggestion scheme week. During this week, you can ask for various suggestions from everybody to increase the market and attract more customers. Try to form teams of 2 employees; this will help in team building and enable them to discuss and work out the best means for this. We have found that these junior staff members come up with excellent ideas!
In addition to motivation, you can also gather good tips for implementation. Show appreciation to those who have participated and give prizes to the top 5 contributors. Have the CEO/Director from Corporate present these prizes during their visit. Publicize it in your newsletters and send it to all your email users. This will motivate the non-participants to start working to be on the same page and not feel embarrassed.

You can even start thinking of developing your own Employee Learning Circle (ELC) where you can ask them to read a book of their choice under Management Development, Personality Development, or Sales-related topics. Ask them to form a team in the respective areas and present their learnings to everyone as part of knowledge empowerment.
Once you find it successful, you can duplicate it everywhere and imagine the kind of learning every employee in the field can achieve.
