Hi seniors,

I have worked as a Java programmer in a proprietary-based company in 2013. Is this experience considered relevant for present MNC companies? Initially, the company paid a salary of 5000 by hand. After one year, they increased it by 3000. When I left the company, they provided me with an appointment letter, a hike letter, and an experience letter. Please guide me on what documents I should collect from the company. The company is still operational.

Thank you.

Dear Nagendera,

The documents required for joining a new company are the Appointment & Relieving letter, the No Objection Certificate, or the Full and Final Settlement Letter. All other necessary documents are already in place.

All the best for the future ahead!
