Hi,
I am currently doing an internship with an organization in the Automobile Industry. A part of my project is to create a competency-based assessment form to be used by panelists at the time of recruitment - specifically, campus recruitments. The core competencies have already been defined - about 14 of them. However, as you all will appreciate, students freshly recruited from campus often have minimal (or no) work experience. Therefore, it is only natural that the organization needs to create a weighted assessment form so that the necessary competencies - about 7 or 8 - are given more weightage.
Can someone please give me advice on how such a weighted competency assessment form can be developed?
Thanks,
Shenaya

Thank you very much for your prompt reply. While the information was extremely useful, I'm afraid that my main question - how to create a weighted interview assessment form is still unanswered. Any input that anyone can give me will be greatly appreciated!
Thank you,
