I am doing my project work in an IT company in HRD. I need to design a competency-based assessment form that could be used by the interview panel during the course of the interview and after the interview for feedback to HR. I would appreciate it if anybody could give me any format or inputs in this regard.

In the IT industry, competencies required for different positions and levels are highly specific to the task profiles. However, there are certain common competencies such as commitment, innovation attitude, communication skills, leadership, mentoring, and critique attitude.
The scale chosen to evaluate these competencies is crucial in assessing the quality of resources.
