Hi Friends,
Today, I attended an interview for the position of HR Executive in the manufacturing sector. I wanted to learn more about payroll, salary structure, and policy drafting. During the interview, I mentioned that I handle HR recruitment, employee engagement, and admin work. However, I have not had experience in managing payroll, salary structure, or drafting policies. I am eager to learn about these aspects.
Please help me, friends, and guide me on how to handle payroll, salary structure, and other related tasks.
Thank you.

1. Basic
2. Dearness Allowance

Hi Guys!
If some company is working under the Minimum Wages and Contract Labour Act, they are using Dearness Allowance. However, under the Shop & Establishment Act, they are using House Rent Allowance (HRA) offensively in the salary structure. In any case, the salary should not be below the minimum wages.
