Total CTC could be distributed into two components like Fixed and Variable. The Fixed component could be up to 40% of the total CTC, and the remaining 60% could be allocated to the Variable part under different heads of reimbursements such as petrol, telephone, cellphone, driver's salary, attire allowance, and entertainment allowance.
