We wish to inform you that the Kassia Panel on ESI, PF & Labour is organizing a training program headed by Sri Sriprakasha on "Empowering the Employers in Labour Law & HR Compliances" on Wednesday, the 9th September 2015, from pm to pm at Kassia Board Room.
Faculty: Mr. Ram K. Navaratna - Chief Executive, HR Resonance
Objective:
The main objective of the program is to understand different laws, their applicability, scope, and operation, essential aspects, do’s and don’ts for owners and employees, trends, avoidance of problems and pitfalls, and ISO/Corporate governance through compliance with applicable labour laws.
Contents:
- Nature and types of labour laws
- Applicability of laws: how and when
- Regulatory, payment, welfare, social security, and other aspects of laws
- Important tips, various checklists, practical hints, inspection, and audit
Laws to be dealt with:
- Glossary of labour laws
- Factories Act
- Shops and Commercial Establishment Act
- Contract Labour Act
- Payment of wages, minimum wages, bonus, and gratuity acts
- Audits and inspections by internal and government departments
The number of participants is restricted to 50 members only on a first-come, first-served basis. Interested participants (Employer or Employee) may kindly register their names with KASSIA before 4th September 2015 to make the necessary arrangements.
Kindly note that there is no participation fee.
