Hi,
I was working in a private limited company in Gujarat, India. After serving my notice period, they gave only one letter containing experience and work period. I asked them to provide two separate letters, but they refused. Another critical issue for me is that in the letter, they wrote, "performance of the person is found average." However, the actual situation contradicts this statement as my performance was considered above average since they provided me with a good increment, a good bonus, and I scored well in the half-yearly performance review. Additionally, I have received appreciation emails from clients. All of these factors are sufficient evidence to prove that my performance was not average. I have proof of all the mentioned achievements. How can I have the word "average" changed and obtain three different letters?
Thank you.
