Hello,

I am an HR Technical recruiter with an MNC (Non-Certified & Unorganized SOP) following an autocratic business model. I have been accused by a manager (working with the same organization for the past 8 years, having less corporate exposure, and also creating nuisance by indulging in corporate politics) for not performing up to the mark due to interview dropouts (ratio of 5:2). Can anyone please suggest the measures to be taken against the same? I am afraid of escalations due to the autocratic business model being followed, which might result in termination.

Regards,
Pratik K.

Hi,

Thank you for the advice. The purpose of posting is to find resolutions without getting separated from the organization. It's a good atmosphere with exposure to working on very niche skills. I worked for 5 months on contract and then switched to this company on a permanent role, where I have been working for the last 6 months.

However, looking for a new opportunity may show instability in my work profile.

If you think of instability, then you better stay and let the days pass same as always. It's just six months you worked, so give yourself time to adjust or else all will be fine. Pass some years to get a hold on it.

Today, if it's a black night, tomorrow you will see the bright sun with a clear sky. Keep working with full positiveness, think positive, and soon you will get positive results. It's quite possible that you may get to work on some other project under a different manager, or the existing managers may leave the job. You don't know.

So, still, hang on to things and keep working wisely.

Hi Runal,

Thank you for the suggestion. Being optimistic will certainly help me in getting out of such a situation. I am keen to know if any legal bindings could be followed to eliminate the flaws.

Firstly, I want to know whether interview dropouts should be blamed on recruiter inefficiency.
