The Draft Labour Code on Industrial Relations proposed by the Ministry of Labour & Employment in India aims to amalgamate key labor laws, including The Trade Unions Act, 1926, The Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act, 1946, and The Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.
