Hi! I am working here in KSA as a Fire Alarm Technician for two years. My contract is three years and will be over this year. Thus, I would like to request a salary increment and a yearly/annual vacation (every 2 years vacation on the previous contract). Otherwise, I will not renew/continue my service after my contract ends. I would also like to include in my request letter (if possible) my previous salary problem. My agreed salary was 2,200 (basic salary) + 500 (food allowance). Unfortunately, I have only received 2,200 + 200 (300 discrepancy). It took a year before it was resolved, and I was told there is a refund, but I haven't received any until now. Please help me construct a letter!
Thanks and God bless.

To the designated official of the company in his official position,
Re: Contractual Terms and Conditions of Employment
I have been employed/appointed by your organization as [position] and have been working for the last [number] years. My contract is set to conclude on [date]. I would like to request you to renew my contract for a period of [number] years.
I also request an amendment of the terms and conditions of employment. The following amendments are suggested:
1. Annual vacation every year instead of once every two years.
2. Annual salary increment.
I kindly request that my excellent service in the last two/three years be taken into consideration, and these amendments to the contractual terms be incorporated. The nature of my job requires constant alertness and vigilance, and granting annual vacation would enhance my productivity, benefiting both myself and the organization.
Please give kind consideration to my requests.
I have provided a rough draft, but how can you be sure they will renew your contract? Present your requests for the improvement of terms in a polite manner, and avoid indicating that you may leave the company.
Best of luck.

Thank you and appreciated. I am planning not to renew my contract unless they grant my request. As I observed, my employer generally does not allow their employees to leave. In our situation, upon the expiration of the contract, if they do not receive any request from our end, they will consider that we will continue the service without any new contract being made. This is funny, but it is really happening.
Including Previous Salary Issues in Request
Now, how about if I include my previous salary problem (as I've mentioned) in my request as a basis, so that they will consider my request? Would that be possible?
Please advise, and thank you!

My suggestions:
Do not include too many topics in one letter. The previous salary problem can be the subject matter of another letter. As far as contract renewal is concerned, speak to them first. Put up a letter requesting the above terms as you wanted—annual vacation, increment, etc. Present your request in a manner that informs them that accepting these terms will enable you to continue working for the company. You can express something like this: "I request you to kindly consider granting increments on a yearly basis and a vacation period of ----- days. This will enable me to work with your organization with renewed vigor and enthusiasm."
It has to be tackled with finesse and a subtle manner. Your demand for vacation increment has to be framed in cautious and diplomatic terms.

Thank you, and I got the point! However, my current issue is that I struggle with constructing letters or sentences. Could I ask for a favor? If possible, could you provide a draft for any letters (such as a request for a salary increment, addressing salary issues, etc.) that need to be written and sent?
Thank you.
