I need help! I have completed an MBA in HR and now want to specialize in a particular field related to HR. I am planning to do a PG Diploma in Labour Law and Labour Welfare. Kindly suggest if any other course will be more beneficial.

I was working with a reputed MBA institute in Pune, where the students of the HR stream were required to undertake the M.L.L.L.W. of Pune University alongside the regular PGDBM. As per the university regulations, you can pursue one degree and diploma concurrently.
Please consider enrolling in such a course, which will add another qualification to your credentials.

First of all, your thinking is very good. However, in today's world, everyone is trying to acquire multiple talents, skills, and learn various courses. You have already completed your MBA and are currently employed. Therefore, I believe there may not be a necessity to learn HR skills. Instead, you could focus on acquiring technical skills such as SAP Modules (related to MBA), ABAP HR, and perhaps consider studying some law courses.
