I am a fresher, and the previous HR who left did not hand over all the HR records. Could any of you explain the procedure to arrange this meeting? It would be greatly appreciated if any seniors could guide me.

Sir, may I request you to please elaborate on the purpose of the so-called "ESI meet at your office"? If you want to know the procedures as laid down under the ESI Act and the rules/regulations framed thereunder, you can contact the Branch Manager or Social Security Officer of the Branch Office of ESIC to which your unit is attached.
Role of Employers' Associations
The employers' associations generally arrange such meetings for a particular area. Therefore, you can also take up the matter with the Regional Director of ESIC through the employers' association of the area.
