Pursuing an MBA through Distance Learning
I am interested in pursuing an MBA through distance learning. I would appreciate your guidance on the best correspondence course available. I am feeling overwhelmed by the plethora of suggestions on Google. My ultimate goal is to transition into an HR role. Do you think this is feasible for me at this point? Currently, I am earning a package of 4.6. I am unsure about the value of a correspondence MBA in the job market as I do not personally know anyone who has completed an MBA through correspondence and secured a decent job. I would greatly appreciate any insights or advice you can provide.
I am eagerly awaiting your response.
Thank you.

Value of a Correspondence MBA for Career Transition
If you are in the same field, a correspondence MBA can be valuable. However, it may not provide any value addition if you plan to change from a system engineer to HR. Even if you secure a job in HR after completing a regular or distance MBA, you might not receive your current package, as you will be considered a fresher. Your past experience as a system engineer will not be useful in the HR profession. If you started your career in HR after your undergraduate studies, a distance education MBA might be beneficial for promotions or other advancements.
