Hello Seniors,

When I joined the current IT company 2 years ago, the logo printed on my joining letter was different. Currently, the letterhead and logo format have completely changed. I wish to know if, when the old employees leave, they will receive the relieving documents on the latest letterhead format. Kindly let me know if this difference in the joining and relieving letterhead will create any problems for employees seeking their next job.

Dear Harsha ji,

How does the logo matter in the employment of any person, in his joining and leaving? Does the change of logo change the entity of any company or any employment?

My appeal to HR professionals is not to ask such or similar kinds of questions, at least under the signature of HR Fraternity. We are supposed to be superior to others in all respects. We not only select others but also we are the instrument in their development.

I beg your pardon if you or anybody in HR Fraternity is hurt by me.

Dear Korgaokar Sir,

The issue has been raised by many employees, and that's why I asked the seniors present here. There is no issue in asking any question; for some, it might be stupid. But people who don't ask queries about their doubts and sit back silently are more stupid, according to me. People who dare to ask questions can only learn and progress. HR is supposed to motivate others and not demotivate anyone to raise a voice or ask their doubts. Moderators are requested to delete my post if it is found not to be appropriate or hurting anybody.

Thanks for the response.
