Hi,

Thank you for the same. I would like to have a draft of one more letter, if you can help me. We have changed the terms of the appointment letter, as requested by all the staff. We have divided the salary into two parts: the first part is the normal salary and the second part is the FBT expense. In the appointment letter, we had written that our salary will be CTC divided by 12. Now, we want to change it to: your salary will be XXX FBT XXX FBT Tax will XXX, and the total CTC is Rs. XXX. Can you send me a draft that will help me and also resolve the legal issue so that I can get it signed by all the people?

Regards,
Rajiv

Sir,

Our company was established in the year 2002. Since then, we have appointed many employees, but we have not issued any appointment letters. Therefore, we are now planning to issue appointment letters to our permanent employees.

Please assist us in drafting the appointment letter.
