Can anyone guide me on how to prepare a salary slip for an employee who joined an organization on the 19th day of a particular month? I need to prepare a salary slip for 12 days for that employee. The components of the payslip are Basic, DA, TA, Medical, Special Allowance, and there is a PF deduction too, and the CTC is 22,000.

Looking forward to a quick and suitable resolution.

Thanks in advance.

Please elaborate on your query. Do you require the Salary Slip Format, or do you need assistance with the Calculation? For the salary slip format, kindly conduct research as there are plenty of formats available. Regarding the calculation, the monthly salary should be divided by 30 days or as per the company's policy, and the result should be multiplied by the number of present days.

If you need further assistance, please specify your query clearly so that the forum can provide appropriate guidance.

Understanding CTC Breakup and Salary Slips

I'm Humera. Recently, I completed an online course on statutory compliance and core HR. I have a clear understanding of every concept except the CTC breakup and how to create salary slips. Can anyone assist me in understanding how to generate salary slips and provide me with an in-depth knowledge of CTC breakup and salary slips? Please help me out soon. You can reach me via email at [Email Removed For Privacy Reasons]. I am eagerly awaiting a response.

Additionally, I would like to know more about the Talent Acquisition designation and the role of an HR Executive.

Thank you.
