Hi, I need to send an email to my employees reminding them not to check anybody's Outlook inbox without permission from a senior. Could you please provide me with some sample email drafts with good content that I can forward to all employees?

Such notices and memos don't work in the practical world. Please ensure that all desktops and laptops are protected with passwords for each employee, who should be responsible for the same.

Besides, I am still at a loss to understand how, at your office, someone can access another person's emails without a username and password.
