I need to send a document to my client and also i need the document signed and sent back to me. So how can i write the mail to them. please help me.

If the document is very important for you, then, if possible, make a personal visit to obtain what you need. If the document is important for your client, send a polite email explaining the necessity of possessing such a document, duly signed by both parties, for business, safety, and security purposes.
