I am working in a manufacturing firm for the last 8 months. In 2012, the firm started PF and ESI. At that time, a total of 45 workers were working, but actually, 3 workers' PF was being deducted. From December 2013 onwards, we started providing PF and ESI coverage to all workers and employees. However, till now, no forms have been submitted to the PF office (Form 9, 2, 12, 10, 5). We want to submit all the forms. Another problem is that for the last few years, HR tasks have been handled by an outside consultancy that has created many issues. The 2012 wage register shows PF deductions for all workers and also the returns were filed. Now, we want to submit all the forms, but the consultant has mentioned that many problems may arise. We are seeking a solution to this problem.

I suggest informing the EPFO enforcement officer of the region and requesting a PF Audit in your organization. If your company is prepared to pay all amounts, then please inform the EPFO enforcement officer to resolve the matter.
