Hello seniors, I am going to do a Ph.D. in HR, and my topic is knowledge management - 'how to retain talent in an organization'. I have to prepare a synopsis before starting my research work, and I need your help as I am not aware of it. So please suggest to me how I can prepare a synopsis on this topic and what points I should cover while preparing it.

First of all, thank you for your reply. I have completed my MBA in Finance and HR as a dual specialization in 2009. After successfully qualifying for the CET-2012 exam conducted by RML Avadh University, Faizabad, I got an opportunity to pursue a PhD in HR. According to its norms, I have to submit a synopsis on a self-selected topic first, and after its approval, I'll be provided with a guide for further research work.

I am pursuing this at MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly. As I selected a topic mentioned in our previous discussion, I need your guidance in preparing my synopsis. Thanking you.

Regards
