Hello Everyone, I am required to submit a "Strategic Management" document based on a personal view as part of my MBA school application. I am struggling with this because, to be honest, the business is new, and the management is not yet well established. To give you an idea, the business industry is construction/engineering. We are required to submit at least 20 pages of the company's Strategic Management. We do have a mission and vision, which I created myself and was approved by the boss. I don't know what more I should do with it.

I think you mean that you have to submit a "Strategic Plan" or a "Business Plan." Please tell us some more details about your qualifications, experience, and the organization.
