Unethical Practices at Effort BPO
I am from R.S Consultancy. I was the recruiting partner for Effort BPO, based in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. My team was coordinating with Ms. Kiran Singh from the HR Department. Due to the bad behavior of Kiran Singh, we discontinued our partnership with Effort BPO. To date, I have had a total of 7 joiners, but they are refusing to release payments for these candidates.
I want to inform everyone that they are engaging in unethical practices to meet their staffing needs. Ms. Kiran Singh not only demanded a share of the payouts from my joiners but also provided a fake experience letter to one of my candidates to help her achieve her target.
Please ensure that you sign a contract with Effort BPO before considering any partnership with this company.
Warm Regards,
Latish Chhabria

You have provided detailed information about your client in your post. However, do you have material evidence to support your claims? Without evidence, it could be considered character assassination, and your client may take legal action against you for damaging their reputation in a public forum.
Contract Agreement and Evidence
Did you establish a proper contract agreement before commencing your recruitment services for them? In the first paragraph, you mentioned that you have completed 7 recruitments for them. Do you possess written evidence of these services?
Allegations and Legal Considerations
In the second paragraph, you mentioned that an employee of your client requested money. Do you have evidence of this demand? If you have concrete evidence, why have you not approached the Managing Director of the company to address the issue? Have you considered sending a legal notice through a lawyer to claim the fees for your recruitment services?
