Hi All, I left my organization in September 2012 and had applied for PF withdrawal. My organization initially had a PF trust with EPFO and then later shifted to its own trust. Thus, my PF was initially with EPFO and then with the company trust. I received the PF from the company trust within 3-4 months of leaving the organization. I wasn't aware that the PF amount received by me was only the one that was with the company trust, and I am yet to receive the EPFO amount.

Now I have closed my bank account, which was mentioned in Form 10C and 19, and suddenly I received a message saying that Form 10C and 19 are under process. Can someone please guide me on what I can do?

You have two options now to get your PF withdrawal amount from the EPF office.

1. Once you receive the message from EPFO stating that your Form 10C & 19 is under process, which will take 40 days to release the payment, please visit your banker, explain the problem, and reactivate your bank account if possible before the amount is processed to your account by EPFO.

2. If you are unable to get the same account number from your banker, you should wait until you receive a letter from EPFO requesting a new cheque leaf. Once you receive the letter, you can submit your new cheque leaf through your employer for your payment.
