How much time do you have for this training? If you can, consider watching a movie with your team, such as "12 Angry Men." I was asked to watch it by my mentor. Once your team finishes watching the movie, you can initiate a discussion. Try to incorporate exercises rather than presentations. Theater-based training works wonders if you have the option for it.
