Dear Seniors, We have recruited an 'Electrician' for full-time employment in our company. My manager wants to assign him a suitable designation, but not as an 'Electrician' because, according to the rules set by our management, we should not recruit an electrician for full-time employment. However, our office requires a full-time electrician to address the EB problems that we frequently encounter. Kindly help me out with your suggestions.

Though being an electrician is a technical and skilled job, it is important to maintain the integrity of the title. However, if you wish to enhance the profile with a more sophisticated term, you may consider designating the individual as "Maintenance In-charge or Supervisor," "Maintenance Executive," "Technical Assistant," "Technician," "Facility Assistant," etc.
