Hi seniors, I am Nathiya JPrakash. Ours is a small-scale architectural service registered under the Shops & Establishment Act. We have only 4 employees. Kindly help us determine whether registers like attendance and salary revision should be maintained. If there are any other registers that need to be maintained, please inform us.

Hi Nathiya, if you registered your establishment under the Shop Act, you have to maintain a register under the Shop Establishment Act/Minimum Wages Act of the state. If any other information and forms are required, please revert on the same. I will help you.
