Training & Development: Do's and Don'ts

Dear All, please share your valuable points regarding the topic of Training & Development, including Do's and Don'ts, as well as suggestions to strengthen this topic.

Presently, in my organization, the following activities are ongoing:

- For staff and workmen categories, we first collect information regarding competency mapping and training need identification forms from their HODs.
- After that, we generate individual Skill Matrices.
- We prepare a training plan for the year with the help of the training need identification form. According to the training plan, training faculty are arranged, and training is conducted.
- During training, we provide a training feedback form to individuals to take their comments.
- We also maintain individual employees' history cards and update their training records data.
