I want to start an inbound call center. Please help me with how to get software, which hardware is needed, and the licensing procedure. Please help me, I am very serious about this project, and I'll do anything to start it.

Hello Chetan, I hate to break it to you, but you're probably not cut out for the call center business. Competition is cutthroat, and many huge call centers have most of their seats vacant. Don't even get me started on the difference in the level of service and guarantees that bigger companies can offer that you just won't be able to compete with. There are a lot of technicalities involved and a slightly heavy investment as well (just computers aren't even the start of it!). You're definitely going to need a leased line if you're serious about the business along with a PBX system to manage your call traffic. I'm not trying to discourage you but just telling you that a lot of bright minds have failed at this before because they jumped in without doing their research right. Just make sure you're not being over-optimistic and that if you jump into something like this, you're capable of handling it.
