Dear Seniors/Friends/Well-Wishers,

This is Karjee. I have over 7 years of experience in BPO. While I was working with a company, I held one designation and was busy taking care of my process. Today, I have received a business lead where I can start my own call center. I do know a few basic things required to start a company like setup, VOIP, manpower, etc. However, I feel my knowledge is limited.

Request for Guidance on Starting a Call Center/BPO

I kindly request your suggestions or guidance on the following:

1. What are the major aspects I need to consider initially to start a call center/BPO?
2. Where can I get these things done if you have any suggestions for the first question?
3. Where? How? When?

Dear experts, please share best practices, any presentations, or materials. I would greatly appreciate any responses.

Regards,
Kishore Kumar Karjee
