Dear Parishris,

Becoming a trainer is an exciting career where you would be handling with loads of people motivating and helping fella's in their new skills. Basic needs to understnd that a Trainer works initially in a private sector/ training center to get the necessary training modules & training sessions run through by the professionals. Since you have the vital department with proven experience as a HR- Generalist you are welcome at ease to perform training and induction needs.

Nonetheless, Corporate trainers should be able to work well with others, give advice well, teach others, learn well from others and possess other business skills. Unless the business structure is imbibed by the trainees it would necessarily show what kind of a trainer you are. Relatively up to date information should be available with you for ready reference. As a Comm-skills trainer you need to have a clutche on the grammar with a lots of current affairs to be academically educated.

My wise advise, you may assist the trainers to understand the process and one you are well-aware of the scheduling; you can approach the management to work towards the same. You may need to take a demonstrative class to the management along with the training manager evaluating you. Good Luck!!

Wish you a Happy & Prosperous New Year 2013...!!
