A fresher shall learn the following basic functions:
• How to conduct recruitment and joining formalities.
• How to monitor attendance/punctuality.
• What are the concepts of salary and CTC.
• How to compute benefits like EPF & ESI.
• How to calculate leave.
• How to make Full & Final settlement.
• What are various registers and records to be maintained.
• What are employee engagement activities.
• How to fill various returns of P.F/ESI/labour welfare fund, etc., and submit them to various authorities.
So on and so forth.
