after 4 months contarct in one company ...i have joined in other company and completed 7 months duration.. So can i apply for pf of first organisation..will i able to claim now

You can transfer the PF of the previous company to the present company by sending Form 13. Legally, you cannot withdraw the PF amount of the previous company while you are a PF member in the current organization. Moreover, since the service with the previous company was less than 6 months, on withdrawal, you will not get the Pension Fund contribution of your employer. Therefore, it is advisable to transfer it.
