I am working in a group for 9 years. Meanwhile, I transferred in 2009 to a new company in the same group under the same MD. At the time of transfer, they moved my service to my current company. Now, I have resigned from my job, and they informed me that I have only been working in this company for 3 years; therefore, I am not eligible for gratuity benefits. I have the letter for service transfer. Kindly clarify my doubts.
