Dear Seniors, My boss wants all the office rules to be signed by every employee, not on the appointment letter, but only on a single page through a hard copy. This is because the appointment letter does not need to be issued. The office rules include details about time, late punishment, no advance, etc.
Issuing Office Rules
If I issue the letter named Office Rules, should it be on letterhead or a normal page with a signature and stamp? Will it be valid?
Kindly suggest.

Employee Handbook in Large Organizations
How big is your company? In large organizations and industries, HR issues an Employee Handbook, which can be printed and signed on the last page as acceptance. This handbook includes all the rules you mentioned, along with information on leaves, harassment policies, uniforms, cafeteria policies, etc. For help, you can search for "Employee Handbook" to find the assistance you need.

You have to obtain signatures from each of the employees on the letterhead. However, some employees may create a problem for you as they will sign only after reviewing all the rules. It would be appropriate to take your boss into confidence and devise an induction booklet to guide them, and then secure their acceptance in line with my other colleagues.
